L’Occitane Group posts 1st earnings since going private

L’Occitane Group has released its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, reporting net sales of 2.8 billion euros ($3.27 billion), up 11.7% YoY. This is the company’s first earnings report since its privatization in 2024. Although the group achieved its fourth consecutive year of revenue growth, the pace has moderated. Its flagship brand, L’Occitane en Provence, posted sales of 1.36 billion euros ($1.58 billion), accounting for around 50% of total revenue. By region, the Americas led with 1.3 billion euros ($1.52 billion) in sales (46.4% of total), followed by Asia-Pacific with 832 million euros ($972 million), and EMEA with 666 million euros ($779 million).
