LVMH has announced the appointment of Ludovic Pauchard as Group Industrial and Craftsmanship Director and Executive Chairman of LVMH Métiers d'Art, effective September 1, 2025. He will report directly to Group Managing Director Stéphane Bianchi. In his new role, Pauchard will oversee LVMH’s end-to-end industrial strategy, from production efficiency to craftsmanship preservation. His remit includes driving operational excellence and sustainability on the production side, while also strengthening the Group’s strategic control over rare materials, specialized workshops, and traditional savoir-faire through the Métiers d’Art platform. A trained engineer, Pauchard has spent over two decades in various production management roles at Louis Vuitton.
