XPeng targets expansion to 60 countries in 2025

XPeng Motors’ General Manager of International Business, Tang Zhikun, today announced the company’s plan to enter over 60 countries this year and establish more than 300 overseas sales and service centers. By 2027, XPeng aims to rank among China's top three new energy vehicle exporters. Tang also stated that in the longer term, XPeng hopes overseas markets will account for half of its total sales. The company marked 2023 as its first year of global expansion, entering 40 countries and regions across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. XPeng ranked first in sales of premium all-electric vehicles priced above 40,000 euros ($43,000) in Europe.
