Mercedes-Benz China creates new digital division
Beijing Mercedes-Benz Sales Service (BMBS) announced the establishment of a new Digital and Communications Division on June 20 and appointed Zhou Juan as its Vice President, effective July 1. The move signals the brand’s push for digital transformation and stronger brand engagement in China. The new division integrates four key functions: branding and communications, digital marketing and platform operations, customer experience, and customer operations. Zhou, who joined Mercedes-Benz in 2006, has held key roles across marketing, PR, and corporate communications.
