JD.com offers hotels 3 years zero commission
JD.com today announced that hotels participating in its newly launched “JD Hotel Plus Membership Program” will be eligible for up to three years of zero commission. The initiative aims to reduce hotel operating costs and redirect resources toward service improvement and guest experience. JD.com also plans to provide supply chain services and new distribution channels to support the hotel industry’s growth. With over 800 million users and strong ties to large enterprises and small- and medium-sized enterprises, JD.com said its customer base aligns well with the target market for four-star and higher-end hotels.
