Japanese fashion brand A Bathing Ape (Bape) opened its first exhibition in China at the Bape Gallery space in Shanghai on April 19. Originally launched in Tokyo in December 2024, the show features 14 artworks created by 11 international artists, including Adam Lister, Sean Wotherspoon, Neighborhood, and Yudetamago. Each piece incorporates signature Bape elements such as the Ape Head, Camo pattern, and Baby Milo character. A limited series of 14 commemorative T-shirts inspired by the artworks was also released on opening day.
