Belgian artist creates playful spring display for Hermès Shanghai

Hermès has unveiled a new spring-themed window display titled “Tick Tock Painting Springtime” at its Shanghai Maison, created with Belgian artist Charline Tyberghein. The women’s display features red-and-white stripes inspired by equestrian show-jumping bars, with the Kelly Multipocket To Go bag and a cocktail glass silhouette evoking spring picnics. The men’s display uses green checks referencing jockey jackets, with Trail sneakers shown in motion through trompe-l’œil effects. The accessories display features red bricks with branches adorned with Bacchus perfumes and Mini Medor bags. Known for her optical illusions and geometric patterns, Tyberghein brings a fresh visual narrative to the Hermès spring display.
