Dior to upgrade Wuxi store

Dior’s flagship store renovation at Wuxi Hang Lung Center 66 Plaza has been approved, marking its first flagship in a Chinese prefecture-level city. The 912-sqm store, with a 9.5 million RMB ($1.3 million) investment, will undergo upgrades to utilities, fire safety, and interior design. Currently, Dior operates 40 stores in mainland China, mostly in top-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Wuxi Hang Lung Center 66 Plaza, already home to Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, and Cartier flagship stores, will now add Dior, leaving Chanel as the only missing brand among the “big six” luxury labels.
