Mercedes-Benz’s 2024 annual report reveals a 4.5% drop in revenue to 145.594 billion euros ($155.7 billion) and a 30.8% decline in EBIT to 13.599 billion euros ($14.5 billion), with net profit falling by 28.4% to 10.409 billion euros ($11.1 billion). The company warned that 2025 will see lower revenue, EBIT, and free cash flow, with EBIT expected to decline by over 15%. In 2024, Global sales totaled 2.389 million units, a 4% decrease YoY. In the Chinese market, Mercedes-Benz’s sales dropped by 7% to 683,600 units, making it the single market with the largest decline globally. Despite this, China remains a key market, with plans to launch new models starting in 2025.
