Loewe yesterday opened its latest Casa Loewe at the Jing’an Kerry Centre in Shanghai. The opening event was attended by global brand ambassadors Yang Mi, Hu Yitian, Chen Duling, Jiang Qiming, and other celebrities. The store’s exterior features 35,536 gold-color bricks, a design choice that draws from Chinese cultural symbolism of prosperity and abundance. Spanning nearly 700 sqm, the two-story store is the largest Loewe location in Asia. In addition to showcasing the full range of the brand’s products, the store includes a VIC Room on the second floor. This is the second Casa Loewe in Shanghai and the fourth in mainland China.
