Prada Group names Silvia Onofri to lead Miu Miu

The Prada Group yesterday announced the appointment of Silvia Onofri as the new CEO of Miu Miu, replacing Benedetta Petruzzo, who moved to Christian Dior Couture as managing director in October last year. Onofri most recently served as president of the outerwear brand Napapijri and has previously held executive positions at brands such as Bvlgari and Bally, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in luxury management. Miu Miu’s revenue surged by 97% to 854 million euros ($916.3 million) in the nine months ending September 30 2024, accounting for approximately 23% of the Prada Group’s total sales.
