RDM’s China outlets see 8% visitor growth in 2024

Italian commercial real estate group RDM’s Florentia Village luxury outlets have released their annual performance report. The six Florentia Village locations in mainland China, along with the Hong Kong outlet, achieved total annual sales exceeding 13.5 billion RMB ($1.9 billion), marking a 2% YoY increase. Total foot traffic reached 27.11 million visitors, up 8% from the previous year. Additionally, Florentia Village saw a surge in membership, growing from 5 million in March to 6 million by year-end — an impressive increase of 1 million members within a year.
