Balenciaga’s flagship store at Shanghai Xintiandi in the Huaihai Shangri-La is officially opened. Located in the luxury retail district of Nanjing West Road, the store spans 940 sqm, making it the largest Balenciaga store in China to date. The store features new collections of ready-to-wear, footwear, bags, jewelry, eyewear, and accessories, along with exclusive limited-edition items. To celebrate the grand opening, the new Modu handbag will have a China-exclusive pre-sale at the Shanghai Xintiandi flagship store. This handbag made its debut at the Spring 25 show held in Shanghai and is named in honor of the city known as “Magic City” (Shanghai), with a global release scheduled for 2025.
