Alibaba’s global unit reports $20b in annual sales
Taobao Overseas, Alibaba’s international business unit, today announced that its Gross Merchandise Volume for this year has exceeded $20 billion. Taobao Overseas, the international version of Taobao, is focused on serving overseas Chinese populations in regions such as Southeast Asia, Australia, and Canada. The platform offers a wide range of products, including both white-label items from Taobao and branded goods from Tmall.
