On November 25, Australian hotel group Argyle signed a partnership agreement with GangTai Steel Structure Group in Wenling, Zhejiang, to bring its luxury hotel brand, Argyle Grand Hotel, and high-end serviced apartment brand, Argyle Apartments, to the region. The Argyle International Grand Hotel in Wenling is set to open in May 2025, covering 114 acres with 303 luxurious rooms and facilities including an international conference center, Chinese and Western restaurants, and a fitness center. The Argyle Apartments will offer 164 luxury rooms with 24-hour room service and security patrols, also scheduled to open in May 2025.
