Temu opens marketplace to US sellers in Amazon challenge

Temu has opened its marketplace to all US sellers, allowing businesses and individual entrepreneurs to sign up without needing an invitation code, enabling them to reach millions of consumers directly. Sellers can list products on seller.temu.com and ship from US warehouses for fast delivery, with some products arriving in just one day. This expansion follows six months of selective recruitment and marks Temu’s intensified competition with Amazon, which recently launched Amazon Haul to feature low-priced products under $20. Both platforms are adapting strategies: Amazon is focusing on affordable, China-sourced goods, while Temu is building local delivery capabilities to court US brands and sellers.
