Hangzhou Hang Lung Plaza, the ninth project by Hang Lung Properties in mainland China, is under construction and scheduled to open next year. The project includes a 100,000 sqm shopping mall, a Grade-A office tower, and Zhejiang Province’s first Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Hang Lung Plaza aims to establish itself as a luxury landmark in the East China region, comparable to international shopping destinations like Tokyo’s Ginza. According to Hang Lung Properties, the plaza will feature top global fashion brands, most of which have already secured their spots.
