Hyatt Hotels Corporation has entered into a joint venture with China Resources Land (CR Land) to expand its brand presence across China, its second-largest market. The venture, Yuen Kai Holdings, will manage existing Mumian hotels in cities like Beijing, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, while developing two new properties in Shaoxing and Shanghai. These hotels will join Hyatt’s Unbound Collection and JdV by Hyatt brands. Hyatt and CR Land also plan to develop more Hyatt-branded hotels, including Park Hyatt Xian and Andaz Dongguan.
