Rolex has officially launched its pre-owned watch sales in China, with the Oriental Watch Company in Central, Hong Kong, being the first store to showcase these timepieces in a physical setting. Additionally, pre-owned watches are now available for purchase on its official website. As early as December 2022, Rolex initiated the “rolex-certified-pre-owned” service, starting with its European dealer Bucherer before expanding to dealers in other countries and regions. It is reported that the Rolex flagship store at TaiKoo Hui in Shanghai will also begin selling pre-owned watches, offering both new and pre-owned Rolexes, as well as handling the brand's buyback services.
