Rolex is set to open its first direct store in China at Shanghai Taikoo Hui, which will nominally be part of the previously acquired Baume & Mercier Group. The store’s second floor will host an officially authorized Rolex second-hand shop, offering both new and pre-owned Rolex watches, along with a recycling service for Rolex products. Currently, Rolex does not have any direct stores in the Chinese market; all existing counters are managed by authorized dealers.
