‘i-D’ mag appoints new chief, revives print edition
i-D magazine announced the appointment of Thom Bettridge as its new editor-in-chief and chief brand officer on September 17. In this newly created role, Thom Bettridge will oversee all aspects of i-D’s creative, editorial, and brand operations, and will lead the return of the print edition. The print version of i-D is set to return in March next year, shifting to a biannual publication schedule to make room for more print concepts and multi-platform projects. i-D is owned by Bedford Media, a company under supermodel Karlie Kloss. She expressed confidence that under Bettridge’s leadership, i-D would make an indelible mark on the world once again.
