Shein to establish $517M supply chain HQ in Guangzhou

Shein, a leading e-commerce platform, is planning to establish its supply chain headquarters in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng district. The first phase of this project will span 738 mu (about 492 hectares), with a minimum floor area of 800,000 square meters and a total investment of 369 billion RMB ($517 million). The development will include an intelligent warehousing and logistics distribution park designed to integrate warehousing, stocking, picking, distribution, delivery, and settlement functions. Shein, known for its global cross-border e-commerce in fashion products, aims to enhance its operational efficiency with this new facility.
