On August 10, the Suzhou Central project, jointly developed by Yuanrong Development under Xinjianyuan Group and Hongkong Land, topped out, marking a new phase in the construction of the Jinji Lake right bank area. Located in the central district of the Jinji Lake right bank, this project is a key commercial node in the accelerated development of the Jinji Lake central area in Suzhou Industrial Park. Covering a total area of 48,000 square meters with a total building area of 191,000 square meters, the project leverages Jinji Lake’s scenic resources to create a modern commercial building that combines a mall with a lifestyle street. It aims to establish a high-end commercial destination and upgrade the Jinji Lake East business district.
