P&G reports 2% sales growth, forecasts upward trend

Procter & Gamble announced its fiscal year 2024 Q4 and full-year performance. For the fiscal year 2024, sales increased by 2% YoY to $84 billion, with net profit rising 2% to $14.9 billion. In Q4, sales were $20.5 billion, unchanged from the previous year, while net profit decreased 7% to $3.137 billion. By segment, the Beauty Products division saw a 1% increase in sales to $15.22 billion; the Grooming division’s sales grew 4% to $6.65 billion; the Health Care division’s sales rose 5% to $11.8 billion; the Fabric & Home Care division’s sales increased by 4% to $29.5 billion. Procter & Gamble forecasts a 2% to 4% increase in sales for fiscal year 2025.
