Prada to open largest Hong Kong store in K11 Musea

Prada has leased a store at the K11 Musea luxury shopping center, which is owned by New World Development in Hong Kong. The store, spanning approximately 743 square meters over two floors, is expected to open early next year. The rent for the store will be based on its sales performance. This will be Prada’s largest store opening in Hong Kong in recent years, following the closure of its flagship store in Causeway Bay in 2020, which had a monthly rent of up to HK$9 million ($1.152 million). Prada operates six stores in Hong Kong.
