From January through November this year, 29.218 million foreign nationals entered China through various ports, an 86.2% YoY increase, the National Immigration Administration revealed on December 17. Among them, 17.446 million entered under visa-free policies, up 123.3% YoY. Notably, the 72/144-hour transit visa exemption policy has gained significant attention domestically and internationally, with the number of foreign travelers utilizing it rising by 132.9% YoY.
