Richemont promotes Van Cleef and Cartier chiefs
Richemont has promoted the heads of its two largest brands, Catherine Renier of Van Cleef & Arpels and Louis Ferla of Cartier, to its senior management committee, signaling a shift towards in-house talent for long-term succession. This move follows last year’s reorganization, which saw Jerome Lambert replaced by Nicolas Bos as CEO after his success with Van Cleef. Lambert will now lead Jaeger-LeCoultre. The changes come after Richemont posted better-than-expected results, with a 10% sales increase in its jewelry segment.
