CP Brands acquires Thomas Pink from LVMH

New York-based CP Brands Group and Icon Luxury Group have acquired British clothing brand Thomas Pink from LVMH, aiming to revitalize the label through a “joint partnership.” CEO Eli Yedid emphasized plans to build on Thomas Pink’s heritage with licensing agreements in categories like fragrances and eyewear and to expand its presence in key regions, including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The UK will be a priority in 2025. Founded in 1984 and acquired by LVMH in 1999, Thomas Pink faced financial struggles during the pandemic, leading to its closure before relaunching online in 2021 under creative director Dean Gomilsek-Cole.
