Victoria’s Secret losses narrow in Q3, sales rise 7%

Victoria’s Secret’s third-quarter net loss narrowed to $56.2 million, down from $71.2 million last year. Adjusted earnings per share were a 50-cent loss, exceeding analyst expectations by 12 cents. Sales rose 7% to $1.3 billion, and the company expects 2% to 4% sales growth in the fourth quarter. The stock price increased 11.6% to $48.02. CEO Hillary Super highlighted strong performance, with North American sales growing and international sales up over 20%.
