Pantene China blends hair embroidery, innovation in new ad
Pantene China launched a campaign that merges modern hair care with the ancient Chinese art of hair embroidery to showcase the touted restorative benefits of Pantene’s 3 Minute Miracle conditioner. Working with artist Zhou Yinghua, Pantene demonstrated how damaged hair, revitalized by its conditioner, can meet the rigorous standards of traditional hair embroidery, an art form recognized as intangible cultural heritage. Zhou’s embroidery piece, Court Ladies Adorning Their Hair with Flowers, was donated to the China Embroidery Art Museum. The campaign includes a launch video, behind-the-scenes content, influencer participation, and the release of the Hair Embroidery Miracle Gift Box on Tmall.
