Chinese perfume market set for rapid growth: Report
Chinese perfumery business Eternal Beauty Holdings released the Blossoms in Season, Fragrance Enhanced – 2024 China Perfume and Fragrance Industry White Paper on September 4. The report was developed in collaboration with Firmenich and consulting firm Ipsos. Eternal Beauty CEO Lin Jing noted that while consumer confidence in China still has room to grow, the Chinese perfume retail market is expected to maintain rapid growth over the next five years. Driven by the shift in Chinese consumers from “inward seeking” to “holistic enhancement,” brands should continue to innovate and build deeper connections and resonance with consumers for mutual growth and development.
