Gucci leads in sustainability, workplace equality

Gucci’s 2023 Equilibrium Impact Report highlights a 7% reduction in carbon emissions since 2021, with a goal of 40% by 2025. Scope 1 and 2 emissions have dropped by 78% since 2015. The brand reports 99% traceability of key raw materials and increased use of sustainable materials. Gucci is the first Italian fashion brand to achieve gender equality certification and has been recognized for disability inclusion in North America. The company’s workforce is 63.4% women, with 57% in managerial roles, and employees have volunteered over 21,000 hours through the Gucci Changemakers program.
