Terms and Conditions:#
1. The promotion is open to participants who are residents in the greater New York area or can travel to New York City on 11/14, and must be aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Jing Daily, their families, agents and any other person professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter, visit the Jing Daily survey page (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BKWL6HC) and complete the survey.
3. Entries must be submitted between November 3, 2013 at 12:00 AM
and Nov. 9, 2013 at 11:59 PM. Entries received after the promotion has closed or received by any other means will not be accepted.
4. Only one entry per person. Applications via agents/third parties or by using multiple email accounts are not permitted.
5. The prize is only valid for Jing Daily & China Luxury Advisors Seminar: China in Context. Prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6. Jing Daily will select two winning entries from the pool of candidates who have completed the survey under the terms and conditions. The winners will be notified by email by November 11, 2013 and their tickets will be reserved with their entry within 48 hours of notification. Jing Daily is not responsible in the event that the winner does not receive their prize as a result of failing to complete the survey. Winners are responsible for their own transportation to the event.
7. If the winner has purchased a ticket to the seminar previously, they will be refunded in full.
8. Jing Daily reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice.
9. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. federal laws and shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
10. By participating in the promotion, applicants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
