With the Japanese economy still on the mend, developers are increasingly looking to cash-rich Chinese investors to inject some much-needed capital into marquee projects like Tokyo's Mori Tower.
Although -- as Jing Daily noted recently -- not everyone in Japan is happy about the increased Chinese presence in corporate Japan, others see these investors as a welcome breath of fresh air for the country's stagnant economy.
