Seven months after the label's inclusion in a Savile Row-themed section at JOYCE in Hong Kong, the iconic 67-year-old British brand Hardy Amies is set for its close-up at sister retailer Lane Crawford. Hitting the city just in time to ride the growing heritage menswear wave, the brand's Spring/Summer 2013 collection should prove a draw for Hong Kong's dapper demographic, with pops of brilliant blues and pink balanced with tailored earth-tone sweaters and slim trousers. Nodding not only to the label's postwar roots, but also to the luxurious eveningwear of the Jazz Age and even the late 60s and early 70s, the S/S 2013 collection is at once buttoned-up and playful.
