    Coming off a tumultuous 2012, over the course of which China's annual economic growth dipped to 7.8 percent -- its lowest since 1999 -- investors are looking at new opportunities in 2013 and wondering whether Beijing's recent leadership handover will augur well for business. This week, Mark Headley, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Matthews International Capital Management and a Portfolio Manager of the firm's Pacific Tiger strategy, says in an interview that the country is now at a turning point, and predicts 2013 could be the "year of China" for investors.
