Tongcheng Travel reported revenue of 9.05 billion RMB ($1.24 billion) for H1 2025, up 11.5% YoY, with adjusted EBITDA climbing to 2.34 billion RMB ($321 million) and adjusted net profit reaching 1.56 billion RMB ($214 million). User demand from non-tier-one cities continued fueling growth. As of Q2, annual paid users hit 252 million, with cumulative service volume reaching 1.99 billion trips, up 7.2% YoY. Transportation revenue grew to 3.88 billion RMB ($532 million), with first-time air travelers surging 241% quarter-on-quarter. Accommodation revenue rose to 2.56 billion RMB ($351 million). Average revenue per user increased 13.8% YoY as travelers from lower-tier cities showed greater willingness to spend on higher-quality hotels and international trips.
