Speakers: 

Enrique Menendez 
He is a journalist who has worked for publications in London, Shanghai, and New York, including The Business of Fashion, Hypebeast, and Jing Daily. Menendez specializes in B2B reporting on China and the streetwear market. In Shanghai, Menendez worked for West Bund Art & Design, a leading contemporary art fair, and served as managing director for elsewhere, China’s first independent print fashion publication.

Burak Cakmak
He is the former dean of the School of Fashion at Parsons School of Design. As dean, he drew on his expertise in sustainable design to help guide the institution in turning to socially conscious and transformational design, employing a novel educational approach in training the next generation of creators.

Mia Kong
She is a fashion stylist, model and influencer who works in streetwear, sportswear, and luxury brands. Since graduating from Tsinghua University’s Academy of Art & Design, she has worked with fashion magazines like Harper’s BAZAAR China, ELLE China, Figaro China, InStyle China, and Oyster. She is now the style director of Dazed China.

Meimei Ding
She is the founder and CEO of DFO International. Meimei graduated with a Master’s Degree from Central St. Martins College in London, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Pennsylvania. Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, Meimei spent 6 years working in Shanghai and Beijing as a brand strategist and consultant for leading international and local brands before relocating to Europe. Meimei spends her time between offices in Budapest and Shanghai.

Ian Hylton
Charged with expanding the brand’s flourishing base into a prospering global enterprise, Ian was appointed president of Ms MIN in 2014. With 20 years of experience as creative director and designer, his career has spanned Toronto, New York, Milan and China. Ian has a natural understanding of luxury and continues to be recognized for his innate ability to distinguish original talent and the sensitivity and know-how in nurturing their rise within an ever-changing industry landscape.

Noam Levavi
He is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of innovations in user experience technologies, including several patents in the areas of personalized media delivery and user-interfaces. In 2017, Noam founded ByondXR, a retail-tech startup that empowers brands and retailers to improve sales and customer engagement through a new groundbreaking 3D visualization technology. Using Byond’s 3D Commerce Platform, brands can transform into the new digital era, creating experiences to enhance Wholesale, Merchandising and eComm that boost sales and improve efficiency.
