Forum Will Feature Four Panel Discussions Under Three Categories: Business & Innovation; Culture & Society; Economy#

This year's theme is "A Century of Revolution"

Featuring a number of high-profile guests and speakers, this year's Harvard China Forum takes a distinctly entrepreneur-focused angle. Set to be held at Harvard University from April 8-10, the forum will include four panel discussions in three main sessions: Business & Innovation, Culture & Society, and Economy. Each session will cover a wide range of topics, from "Chinese-style" green technology to China's emerging consumer market, the country's nascent healthcare system to the gradual globalization of the Chinese film industry.

Panel members will come from industries as diverse as financial investment, real estate development, clean technology and cinema, including such figures as Huayi Bros. Media Group Chairman Zhongjun Wang, former Goldman Sachs Greater China Chairman Fred Hu, Sequoia Capital China Partner Neil Shen, Vantone Real Estate Chairman Lun Feng, and Chinese-American movie star Lisa Lu.

Also scheduled to take part in the forum are Peng Keyu, China consul general in New York, and Richard Freeman, Herbert Ascherman professor of economics at Harvard University.

Established in 1998, the Harvard China Forum was formed to promote academic, economic, and cultural exchange between China and the international community. Keep an eye on Jing Daily for our original coverage of the event next month!
