High-End Mall Running Promotions From April 19-May 17#

Home to brands like Dior, Anna Sui, Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch and DVF, Beijing's Shin Kong Place (previously on Jing Daily) is set to celebrate its fifth anniversary with a set of promotions and activities culminating in a month-long exhibition of watches recently shown at BaselWorld 2012. Running through the 22nd of this month, Shin Kong Place will be decorated with arrangements of the national flowers of 65 countries, and will be offering special promotions and discounts throughout the month. Additionally, from April 19 to May 17, the mall will host a special BaselWorld exhibition of new Blancpain, TAG Heuer and OMEGA watches, making their first appearance in China.

Among the watches on display will be Blancpain's new "Chinese Calendar" Villeret, a special-edition OMEGA Seamaster and a TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 1887. At the same time, the Japanese luxury pearl brand Mikimoto will hold its own exhibition at Shin Kong Place, showing off a special Japanese Akoya pearl and 18K gold and diamond necklace in China for the first time, and brands like Michael Kors, Lana Marks and Patrizia Pepe will make their official Shin Kong Place debuts.

Looking to attract more potential shoppers, and entice Beijing taxi drivers to head to the mall, as part of its birthday celebration Shin Kong Place is also running a very localized promotion offering free parking during the month, and 100 yuan gas cards for hacks who pick up five groups of visitors.
