Hangzhou MixC Location Was Louis Vuitton's Eighth China Flagship#
Commemorating the journey of the Louis Vuitton Express from Paris to Shanghai this July, LV's "Paris-Shanghai" exhibition recently hit the luxury giant's Hangzhou flagship at MixC mall. Designed to resemble a set of vintage Louis Vuitton luggage, the exhibition is located in the luxury shopping center's main atrium.
Outfitted with a train travel theme, viewers enter the exhibition through a simulated train station waiting room, with uniformed Louis Vuitton baggage handlers standing by. Projected videos trace the train's journey as it snaked through Europe, Russia, Mongolia and finally through China, finally completing its more than 9,000 kilometer trip on the Shanghai Bund.
At the exhibition, visitors can also enjoy vintage pieces from the Louis Vuitton collection, including personal items belonging to Gaston-Louis Vuitton.
