Come Sunday the 27th, around 50 stalls will pop up along Tong Chong Street at TaiKoo Place, Island East, 20 of which will offer fresh, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs galore. The remaining stalls will stock plenty of hot food, baked goods, handcrafted arts and crafts made by local artisans, designers and social enterprises. Market-goers can also anticipate live music by up-and-coming musicians and watch and participate in cooking demonstrations.

In celebration of Chinese New Year, Island East Markets will feature lion dancing performances and more festive fun to ring in the Year of the Snake on February 3.
